Wholesale Information

 We offer a wholesale option for retail stores wishing to carry our products.  If you are interested in buying our products wholesale, fill out the form to the right to receive our full wholesale information.  

Retailer Requirements: We require a Tax ID/EIN number to verify that you are place of business.  

Wholesale Minimums: There is a minimum purchase for first time wholesale orders of $75.00. This amount does not include shipping and handling costs. Prices are subject to change without notice. Subsequent order minimums are $35 but can be negotiable on a case by case basis.

Payment Terms & Options: Payment for all orders is required prior to shipment or on delivery. We accept credit cards, personal or business checks (10 day hold), cashier’s checks/money orders, or PayPal. Returned checks due to insufficient funds will be charged a $25 fee. 

Shipping Options & Fees
Depending on the weight and/or size of the order, different carriers may be used (USPS and UPS are our preferred carriers).  Since our products are handmade and require cure time, please allow a production time of 1-6 weeks when placing your order.  Most items will be in stock, but if inventory levels are low we will have to make these products.  If a product is on backorder, we will notify you.  Please be aware that high production seasons such as Christmas, may delay production times-plan ahead and order early!  Shipping & handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer.  Local pick-ups are always welcome.  Lonely Windmill Farm, LLC will deliver orders within a 15 mile radius free of charge.
